The new house

This is a conceptual drawing of our new house. Most of it will be on the ground floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, laundry). Above the garage will be the kids bedrooms, a guest room and my office. Although the house is about the same size as our previous house, there will be no basement this time. This will mean more usable space with full windows and less stairs to navigate, which will be good for when we get older. Each kid will get their own bedroom this time around. The colours and materials may vary, but the overall concept is complete.
