Winter in Rigaud

There is quite a lot of snow! Although last Winter it didn't arrive properly until the end of December. The roads are ploughed everyday, even our street where half the properties aren't even built yet. You have to pay a man to clear your drive though, unless like Tom you want to do it yourself with an ATV and a plough attachment. I thought it was pretty good fun but not sure how long the novelty would last. It can get very cold in Winter, down to -30, although -10 is probably more usual for the coldest periods. Despite the cold, it is often quite sunny at the same time. If you have a car it's not so bad.
