Buying the land

So after Xmas we thought it might be a good investment to buy one of the plots of land still for sale in the area. We figured that it would be a good investment and we liked the idea of having some land of our own that we could always build on if we ever wanted to. So, we bought the lot next to Tom and Melissa as they had already checked everything out when they purchased their lot next door. We liked the position and we knew that at least one set of neighbours would ok, fingers crossed! This is what our lot looks like at the moment, two acres of dense forrest. The street looks fairly sorted out now, and more houses are being built all the time. There are 50 plots in total, all of about two acres, so there should be plenty of space for everyone and plenty of trees left.
