Sold our house in Beeston!

A first time buyer couple just agreed to buy our house and pretty much everything in it! We got a very good deal so fingers crossed it will all get sorted out quickly and smoothly. They look just like us a few years ago, in fact it's like they are walking in and taking over our lives. In a good way though, not like invasion of the body snatchers! He is doing a PhD (Chemistry) and she is a nurse. Sound familiar?
